Celebrate Great Falls Foundation
The Celebrate Great Falls Foundation has taken on responsibility for our town's major annual events, becoming not only the coordinating umbrella under which these hometown events will reside, but also continuing to serve as resource for community projects.
Friends of Colvin Run is dedicated to preserving the technological and industrial heritage of Northern Virginia for future generations. Colvin Run Mill, Fairfax County's award-winning restored working example of 19th century water powered gristmilling technology, is the focal point for educating visitors, children and families about early life in our community
Great Falls Citizens Association
To serve as a non-partisan community political advocate to promote all aspects of community interest accruing to a common good and to preserve the historic, low density, semi-rural character of Great Falls and its natural resources.
On May 5th, 1942 the Forestville Volunteer Fire Department was incorporated to serve the citizens of Forestville and Fairfax County. Now know as the Great Falls Fire Department, it relies on thousands of hours a year in volunteer hours, in addition to a professional staff.

Great Falls Newcomers has merged with the Great Falls Woman's Club to form this wonderfully inclusive organization.

The Great Falls Historical Society was organized in 1977 to promote community spirit by bringing the past into the present.
Our goal is to provide online tools for horse owners and riders in the Great Falls area to communicate and share information about equestrian issues and activities in our area.
